Big 4 consulting experience is a MUST Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field. Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in SAP security administration including experience with SAP ECC S/4HANA BW/4HANA and other SAP modules. Strong understanding of SAP security concepts including user authentication authorization objects roles profiles and user management. Hands-on experience with SAP security tools and technologies such as SAP GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) SAP Security Notes and SAP Solution Manager. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to SAP security such as SOX GDPR and PCI DSS. Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Relevant certifications such as SAP Certified Technology Associate - Security with SAP NetWeaver or SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Security. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members manage projects and drive initiatives to completion. The SAP Security Lead is responsible for leading SAP security administration. This position involves providing guidance and technical support to SAP functional teams and business users on security-related matters.
1. Assist Customer with SAP security administration, including user provisioning, role design, and access management.
2. Develop and implement SAP security policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
3. Design, configure, and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations to help ensure appropriate access controls and segregation of duties.
4. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external auditors to assess security risks, define security requirements, and implement controls.
5. Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and reviews of SAP systems to identify vulnerabilities, gaps, and compliance issues.
6. Provide guidance and support to SAP functional teams and business users on security-related matters, including access requests and incident response.
7. Monitor and analyze SAP security logs and reports to detect and respond to security incidents, breaches, and anomalies.
8. Stay up-to-date with SAP security trends, technologies, and solutions, and recommend enhancements to mitigate emerging threats and risks.
