Description
· Testing experience in SAP SuccessFactors skill set
· Should have good process knowledge of HR, SuccessFactors employee central, time/payroll, compensation, recruitment onboarding etc
· Should have experience in using MF ALM/Octane
· Good communication skills
· Client Stakeholder Management
· Onsite – Offshore coordination
· Monitor & track testing deliverables, Test Plan, Test scenarios, Test scripts, defect management
· Test data creation and staging
· Waterfall/Agile methodology
