Corteva Agriscience is looking for SAP Solution Architect in Supply Chain areas, to be part of the Global ERP Platform. Corteva has been working to consolodate 3 SAP instances into one instance and Upgrade to S4/HANA. Implementations for Europe, South America, and the US are complete, and now their focus is to upgrade the APAC countries.

The role is responsible for applying business and technical expertise to design, implement and support new business capabilities within the SAP landscape specifically for the Corteva ERP Supply Chain team. This role will participate in global projects for multiple Corteva SAP environments including ECC and Corteva’s migration to S/4 HANA.

The ERP Supply Chain Architect will oversee all aspects of a systems solution, including those targeted towards Inbound and Outbound Logistics including Transportation Management, Warehouse Management, Intercompany and Global Trade. Requires analytical and problem-solving skills to craft adaptable, comprehensive solutions that solve complex business problems. This role will work closely with the SAP application and technical teams as well as the HANA S/4 Project Leadership.
Collaborate with business analysts to understand and document business requirements.
Translates business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives and documents all solution architecture design and analysis work for the ERP Supply Chain team.
Define and document technical specifications, integration points, and data migration strategies.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their expectations, providing effective communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead the evaluation, design, analysis and architecture of solutions that meet business objectives in a complex multi-tier SAP landscape (ECC & HANA S/4) that adhere to SAP standards and industry best practices for Supply Chain processes.
Validate solutions defined by functional applications teams for efficiency and overall alignment to the SAP landscape.
Ensure proper integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
Conduct performance tuning and optimization activities to ensure the efficient operation of SAP S/4 HANA Supply Chain solutions.
Maintain close contact with SAP regarding solution assistance and technical guidance specifically for the aforementioned SAP products.
Research complex application/System integration issues with functional teams; examine integration between various systems (SAP and non-SAP).
Architect activities during upgrades and major releases with multiple stakeholders, working with Change and Release Management teams.
Identify and drive the adoption of new SAP technologies that meet the goals of the business for functionality and process standardization.
Create detailed solution documentation and presentations.
Lead the definition of the solution road map, integrating multiple disparate processes, and addressing short and long-term organizational needs.
Provide operational and project support keeping focus on meeting project milestones.
Serve as the primary technical expert for SAP S/4 HANA Supply Chain projects, providing guidance to project teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• · BS – computer science/software engineering or related discipline
• 8-10 years of experience in developing software applications in a scrum setting using MS .NET framework
• Competencies:
• Experience using established engineering methodologies through all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Preferably worked in .NET technologies and Angular
• Knowledge of common coding languages and frameworks (Ex: Python, Java, JavaScript, C# .Net, AngularJS, and SQL)
• Knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud services

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with SAP LE, TM, EWM and GTS products and functionalities.
• Experience working on SAP large implementation projects including full testing life cycle and post go-live support.
• Experience working with Cloud solutions for SAP.
• Proven track record in evaluation / recommendation of new SAP system components, solutions, releases, or upgrades.
• Experience developing technical documentation, designing blueprints and technical workshops.
• Excellent customer service, written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working within a multi-cultural environment.
• Able to act independently, seeking consultation guidance and advice as appropriate.
• Actively work with external consulting partners
• Ability to communicate effectively, oral and written. Fluent in English.
