SAP Tech Lead

Description

Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, including technical configurations, API integrations, and custom development. Familiarity with BTP (Business Technology Platform) and its application in enterprise environments.
Integration Experience: Proven track record of successful integrations between SAP and external systems, particularly MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems). Ability to construct and interpret complex XML structures for inbound and outbound integrations.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot integration issues effectively and propose robust solutions.
Proactive Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead projects proactively, driving discussions, and ensuring that all technical aspects are addressed efficiently. Ability to mentor team members and provide technical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Where would this individual sit on the project team (team design) and who would they be interacting with the most? Ideally would lead the tiger team to get this work completed.
• What is the current state of the project roadmap, for example any critical milestones up ahead that would be important to note for someone stepping in? This work is behind and will be spilling into SIT testing. Ask would be to work with the team and PM to provide recommendations to compress the timeline / divide and conquer etc.
