Strategy creation/preparation and implementation

Preparation (test planning, test resource planning, environment/integration readiness planning, etc.)

Execution (program-wide facilitation of daily test activities across business, IT, 3rd-Party, PMO, Defect Management)

Strong communication



Able to articulate and present complex concepts with clarity, verbally and/or in writing

Able to identify, mitigate and resolve communication gaps quickly and proactively

Able to influence cooperation and collaboration in large groups

Able to receive instruction and/or feedback and adjust/correct behavior accordingly

· Primary Tools experience



Proficiency with ALM test tool and MS Excel usage

· Understanding and ability to speak to key testing concepts

Responsibilities

• Test Readiness [data, environment readiness(technical integration), system access and authorization, etc.]
• Test Scope
• Test Plan
• Test Scenario
• Test Script
• Test Progress Analysis and Reporting (Proficient using MS Excel); Power BI experience is a plus
• Test Entry and Exit Criteria
• · Able to travel weekly (St Peters, MO and Belle Mead, NJ)
• · Some SAP functional knowledge and/or understanding in either or all of these SAP workstreams is preferred
