Scrum Lead

Description

Lead technical workstreams for KORE.AI platform onboarding, supporting the integration of new domains like Corporate Services.
Manage workstream plans/RAID in JIRA and monitor project progress.
Improve hybrid delivery models for distributed teams, ensuring accountability and removing project impediments.
Build relationships with stakeholders, using negotiation skills to ensure alignment on priorities and optimal solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to TRIAD (PA, PM, ECL) to align goals with EDO OKRs and ensure transparency with metrics.
Communicate project status, escalate risks/issues, and conduct continuous improvement sessions.
Guide product owners in defining and prioritizing tech outcomes, balancing short- and long-term goals.
Lead daily scrum meetings and manage the backlog in JIRA.
Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• 5-8 years of experience in technical project management/scrum lead roles, including 2+ years leading large, cross-functional teams.
• Experience in AWS cloud, chatbots, AI/ML, and financial services preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with senior stakeholders and teams.
• Skilled in project, change, release, and stakeholder management in SDLC Agile environments.
• Experience with continuous improvement feedback mechanisms is a plus.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; Graduate degree preferred.
