Description
· Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
· Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
· Coach team members in Agile frameworks
· Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
· Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives.
· Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.
