12 + years of overall IT experience with 3 years’ experience in agileprogram management
* Thorough understanding of scrum master role.
* Prior ecommerce domain experience is preferable.
* Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluationand change management principles
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office; workingknowledge of Jira for agile project management.
* Outstanding leadership and organizationalskills
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent problem-solving ability
* Good to have CSM or PSM 1 agile certification.
