The Scrum Master would be responsible for overseeing software development teams and working under the agile methodology.
Has proven leadership skills, the ability to think critically and problem-solve, and a track-record of ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

• • Ensures the team(s) lives Agile values and principles and follow the processes and practices that they agreed upon to deliver the committed solutions
• • Responsible for promoting and supporting Agile principles by helping everyone understand applied theories, practices, rules, and value
• • A true servant leader who serves the team(s) and larger organization
• • Supports those outside the aligned team(s) to understand which of their interactions with the team(s) are effective and which aren't; helps everyone change these interactions to improve the value built by the Agile team
• • Supports all aspects of risk management and impediment resolution
• • To Succeed in this Role:
• Basic Qualifications:-
• • Familiarity and expertise with Agile principles and frameworks, including story writing and estimation, facilitation, and identification and implementation of continuous improvement (CI)
• • Experience working and proficiency in performing the role of Scrum Master
• • Expertise in facilitation and tracking of Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), prioritization, backlog refinement, and specialty workshops.
• • Proven capabilities in (i) delivery, (ii) reporting and metrics, (iii) Agile toolchains (Jira, Jira Align, Miro, etc.)
• Qualifications:-
• • Certified Scrum Master certification
• • Experience in serving as a Scrum Master within the financial services industry on multiple teams
