Leverage exposure to Generative AI to enhance test automation frameworks and improve testing efficiency. Utilize knowledge of LLMs to create review and optimize test scenarios that involve AI components. Conduct thorough testing of software applications including functional regression performance and security testing. Investigate and resolve complex issues by analyzing logs debugging code and reviewing architecture. Ensure adherence to best practices in testing and quality assurance within the team. Stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies in software testing AI and utilities.

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in nodejs and JavaScript based unit testing framework and automation. Familiarity to Selenium with Java, GitHub Actions, and a keen interest or exposure to Generative AI (GEN AI). Prior experience in the utility sector will be considered a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience with nodejs JavaScript unit test frameworks in creating and maintaining automated test scripts.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools.
• Exposure to Generative AI technologies and practical applications in software testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements.

Educational Requirements

• Experience in the utility or energy sector.
• Familiarity with other test automation tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services.
