We are seeking a seasoned SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) Lead with experience in the banking domain to lead our testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, software development, and quality assurance within financial or banking systems, ensuring the delivery of robust and secure applications.
Responsibilities
- Extensive experience in the banking domain with a deep understanding of financial systems and workflows.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within QA or software testing teams.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or C#.
- Expertise in test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of banking compliance and security standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in performance and security testing is a plus.
