Description
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress and other relevant tools.
Document test results and defects in a clear and concise manner.
Generate detailed test reports to communicate test progress and findings.
Work with developers to reproduce and resolve defects.
Verify fixes and ensure they do not introduce new issues.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure automation aligns with the overall testing strategy.
Performance Testing:
Conduct performance tests to evaluate system responsiveness and scalability.
Analyze performance metrics and identify bottlenecks.
Provide recommendations for improving system performance.
Responsibilities
- Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript and Cypress test automation.
- Strong experience with Cucumber, including writing feature files and step definitions.
- Proficiency in Git for version control.
- Preferred:
- Experience with AI tools like Copilot.
- Lightning test experience.
- Knowledge of GitHub commands.
