We are currently seeking a Service Tech Manager in Danvers, MA to lead our Tech team as they support our custom label printing solutions to our grocery store base across the country. Our merchandiser system allows on-demand printing of branded labels for in-store products. We are seeking a self-motivated manager who excels at building and strengthening customer relationships as well as the ability to apply their IT knowledge and skills to support our product and service repairs where needed.

Responsibilities

• - Serve as the team lead for customers who experience technical issues.
• - Provide support and repairs for computer, printer, and scale hardware.
• - Software support and networking skills.
• - Scripting basic code using Visual Basic
• - Create/Deploy Windows Images
• - Prepare, deploy and test our solutions for our customers.
• - Remote connection for troubleshooting to support customer base.
• - Oversee and support the team while they diagnose and repair broken printers and computer touch screens.
• - Create and maintain documentation using ticketing system.
• - Act as an escalation point for more advanced tech issues.
• - Keep accurate, consistent, and organized logs of parts used and work performed on equipment.
• - Maintain inventory of equipment.
• - Monitor and address staff performance with management.
