The ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for assuring the stability of current functionality and performance of the T. Marzetti ServiceNow Instance. This person must be able to prioritize their given tasks, own enhancement requests and management of issues from start to finish, bring recommendations to management for improvement opportunities, and communicate clearly and proactively with a collaborative IT Team.
Responsibilities
- Work with ITIL Manager to support ITSM applications within ServiceNow.
- Provide administrative support to the ServiceNow user base.
- Resolve reported defects within the ServiceNow Platform including IT Service Portal.
- Document requirements and implement enhancements to the IT Service Catalog.
- Assist with the design and configuration of new solutions in ServiceNow.
- Analyze and identify gaps in system data.
- Knowledge Base configuration and improvement.
- Update workflows to improve incident and request routing and classifications.
- Help support end user and IT fulfiller training sessions.
- Help design potential integrations with other systems.
- Monitor automated processes and functionality for any defects.
- Documentation of standard operating procedures, new functionality and training information.
- Help Create and finalize templates (email, knowledge, change, etc.)
- Help develop meaningful Dashboards and Reports.
- Help coordinate & execute platform upgrades.
- Perform upkeep and maintenance on existing ServiceNow Instance.
