Description

· At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience on ServiceNow.

· Experience in ITSM - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Service Catalog.

· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.

· Provide support for SNOW user community globally.

Responsibilities

• Configuration of the ServiceNow system including creating workflows.
• Load, normalize and maintain consistent data between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Ensure integrations between SNOW and other systems are implemented correctly.
• Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data.
• Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the platform.
• Manage and resolve incidents against ServiceNow applications.
• Perform routine maintenance (performance monitoring, error identification and remediation).
• Leads ServiceNow upgrade planning and execution.
• Manage Instance Security, User/Group Access/Access Control Lists.
• Ensure entries for Configuration Management Database are complete and accurate.
• Provide support for SNOW user community globally.
• Create and maintain training materials and provide functional training and support for SNOW users.
• Maintain documentation of configurations and changes.
• Responsible for access control, security, minor enhancements such as form or workflow editing, and UAT/Regression testing of any development.
