ServiceNow Administrator

Description

As the ServiceNOW Administrator, you will be responsible for administrating the ServiceNOW platform, creating governance standards and processes for stakeholder data, validating the accuracy of stakeholder data and creating documentation around each of these areas. Reporting to the Vice President of End User Services you will interact with a variety of IT and business team members to support live integrations, gather data requirements for new and existing processes, provide guidance and implement changes on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• • ServiceNow System Administrator certified
• • 3 years of ServiceNow Administration experience in a working environment
• • Candidate should have a good working knowledge of ServiceNOW base tables and relationships
• • CMDB knowledge, CI relationship and ITSM module knowledge a must
• • Knowledge of ServiceNOW licensing and subscription models
• • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to jointly develop and implement data governance processes
• • Ability to clearly present ServiceNow knowledge and best practices to key stakeholders
• • Knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory structure
