Skills
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (In lieu of a bachelor's degree plus 4 years of experience) • Experience implementing ServiceNow with basic understanding of Web Service architecture for ServiceNow integrations. • Experience with any workflow mapping tools (Prefer Visio would consider others such as Lucidchart Miro etc.) • Experience with any SAAS Reporting tools (FEP uses Tableau and Cognos. Power BI and other similar tools should be considered as well) Healthcare industry backgroundDescription
They are looking for a traditional Business Analyst who can support the Product Owner with user story creation and facilitating the completion of features by collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams. CareFirst has completed the implementation of ServiceNow’s Customer Service Module and will be implementing the ITSM module next.
Responsibilities

- • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM or Customer Service modules.
