Responsibilities
- Gwinnett County Public Schools is looking for a ServiceNow Configuration Manager to join their team as they kick off their project of building out the ITSM. This position will be overseeing the ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM Architecture as well as enhancement related work. This role will work in conjunction with the selected SI partner, Service Management team, ServiceNow platform team and business partners to support the platform.
