ServiceNow developer

Description

Design, develop, and maintain custom code for all ServiceNow modules.

· Analyzes user requirements and current procedures in order to design and develop new automated process workflows, catalogs within the ServiceNow environment.

· Excellent/Hands on experience in Service Catalog/Service Portal modules

· Build and Deploy UI Policies, UI actions, script includes, business rules, scheduled jobs, import sets and transform maps.

· Implementation of Service Now for ITSM, Discovery, integrations

· Perform all aspects of Platform Administration, Design, Development and implantation of Software solutions.

· Build Workflows and write automated scripts.

· Provide advanced support for Service Now by troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes and root cause analysis etc.

· Good knowledge on ServiceNow ATFs and agile methodologies

· Create technical architecture, design and user guide documentation.

· Gather requirements, design, develop, and maintain application integration with any third-party applications.

· Design and develop ServiceNow modules in support of SLA and reporting requirements.

· Work with process managers and ServiceNow administrators to implement and support all ServiceNow modules.

· Owns oversight for all development activities to ensure best practices are being followed.

· Researches new capabilities of the ServiceNow platform to recommend and implement solutions to meet business requirements.

· Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for stakeholders as appropriate.

· Provides technical leadership and advice to all areas of business unit
