Description

Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory, SAML and relevant IT architecture experience -Experience with JavaScript/GLIDE, HTML5, CSS, and relational databases such as MS SQL Server -Experience with MID server, web services (REST), and other relevant technology -Experience developing and operating ServiceNow with an understanding of best practices
Research capabilities of the ServiceNow platform, provide recommendations, and implement solutions to meet business requirements
Manage production and non-production instances, patching, and updates
Estimate development effort for requirements
Demonstrating
Configure the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows, custom portal widgets, and form modals
Assist in establishing coding standards to help with consistency
