This role will focus on the build out of the Third Party Risk Management (formerly Vendor Risk Management) use case and capabilities in the client's existing ServiceNow environment.
Responsibilities
- Story Grooming (Gathering and fine-tuning requirements, defining implementation approach)
- Design and Impact analysis
- Definition of test scenarios
- ServiceNow configuration / development
- Packaging and deployment between non-prod and production environments
- Unit / System testing
- Troubleshooting issues/defects and implementing fixes
- Production Support
