We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HRSD Consultant with extensive experience in ServiceNow HRSD implementation. This role is ideal for a senior HR professional who has a strong background in digital transformation and a proven track record of converting manual HR processes into SaaS-based solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and requirements gathering sessions with HR stakeholders.
- Document detailed business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for ServiceNow HRSD.
- Analyze existing HR processes and recommend process improvements using ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers to design, build, test, and deploy HRSD capabilities.
- Assist in training HR teams and developing user-friendly training materials.
- Support the implementation of case management, knowledge management, self-service portals, and data analytics in ServiceNow HRSD.
- Ensure alignment of ServiceNow HRSD solutions with the organization’s HR digital roadmap and strategy.
- Build strong relationships with HR stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor on HR digital transformation and emerging HR technology trends.
