ITIL V3 or V4 certification 5+ years of experience in following ITIL practices using ServiceNow 5+ years of experience leading Service Request processes 5+ years of Service Catalog design experience within ServiceNow Bachelor’s degree in lieu of bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of experienceDescription
CareFirst seeks a Service Request Process Owner to support its ITSM team. This resource will be responsible for managing the ServiceNow service request process, service catalog design, service levels/SLAs, and KPIs. This resource will also support service improvements and enforce service guidelines while partnering with all aspects of ITIL and ITIL teams.
Responsibilities
- ITIL V4 certification
- Any ServiceNow certifications
- CMDB experience or understanding
- CSDM knowledge or understanding
