• Coordinate with internal customers and lead efforts to help them redesign their current sites. • Coordinate with internal IT to ensure security and site design applied to each site is consistent and easy to maintain. • If needed use migration tools to migrate site or portions of site to SPO • Build new sites and design landing pages in SPO • Build and design new sub sites in SPO • Configure SPO Sites (including enhanced site setups) • Create security models and implement site permissions • Create and maintain site documentation • Train end users to be self-sufficient and maintain their own SharePoint sites following specific guidelines for Austin Water design/security consistency • Archive sites • Convert our current Microsoft InfoPath forms/lists to Power Apps/Automate. • Have strong Customer Service skills • Troubleshoot user challenges with SharePoint Sites • Share best practices that apply across divisions • Communicate clearly apply strong writing and presentation skills • Work independently and within a team structure • Understand and support SharePoint services modelDescription
We’re looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst that can help our client advance our internal SharePoint environment to a more modern and consistent architecture in SharePoint Online (SPO). This role will include the combination of understanding user needs, project management, quality control, requirements gathering, as well as designing and building solutions using SPO. In delivering this work, you will be expected to:
