Provides technical support for production infrastructure solutions and tools to help Tier 1 and 2 support teams Deploy and support the production infrastructure Responsible for designing building and maintaining SharePoint enterprise applications and supporting .NET applications Extends and augments the SharePoint platform using Microsoft ASP.NET development JavaScript and jQuery Participates in requirements gathering technical design sessions software development peer reviews unit and integration testing Uses SQL Reporting Services (SSRS) to create interactive tabular graphical or free-form reports from relational multidimensional or XML- based data sources Work as part of a team independently with minimal supervision to achieve project milestones and deadlines Provide second-level support to end users ensuring that their issues are clearly understood before proposing or implementing solutions Perform Enterprise level operations and sustainment activities Perform technical planning systems integration and verification and validation Ability to work independently triage issues and prioritize tasksDescription
Configuring the company SharePoint systems to specified requirements.
Developing new web components using XML, .NET, SQL, and C#.
Designing, coding, and implementing scalable applications.
Extending SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies.
Testing and debugging code.
Reviewing website interface and software stability.
Troubleshooting software issues.
Maintaining and updating SharePoint applications.
Providing systems training to staff and customers.
Maintain servers and associated hardware, applications, services, and settings.
Implement and manage disaster recovery and back-up.
Evaluate and recommend security improvements and system upgrades.
Maintain Windows Server services such as: DNS, DHCP, ADDS, RODC, HTTP, SSL, S/FTP, VPN, SMTP
Concentrates on system administration and monitoring of infrastructure, including system patching and hardening.
Responsible to troubleshoot system functional and operational issues
Providing systems training to staff and customers.
