Skills
Experience leading SharePoint migrations (2013/2019 to SharePoint Online). Strong expertise in ShareGate and PowerShell scripting for migration tasks. Deep understanding of SharePoint access management and administration. Experience with Azure environments. Agile development background including participation in sprint ceremonies. Proficiency in REST APIs. Experience with Dynamics 365 specifically PowerPages. Strong leadership skills—ability to work independently drive solutions and communicate effectively. Lead the migration from SharePoint 2013/2019 to SharePoint Online, ensuring seamless data transfer, access management, and integration with Dynamics 365.
Responsibilities
- Migrate terabytes of data across multiple SharePoint sites using ShareGate and PowerShell scripting.
- Ensure seamless access management migration, maintaining site-specific access levels.
- Work with technical leaders and architects to strategize and execute migration plans.
- Build workflows using Power Automate and develop applications/forms using Power Apps and Dataverse.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, and reviews.
- Collaborate with end users and business site owners to ensure functional and business use case alignment.
- Implement and integrate APIs with third-party services via PowerPages in Dynamics 365.
