Promote effective collaboration and knowledge sharing within the organization by leveraging the capabilities of these platforms. Solution Deployment and Maintenance: Lead the deployment and testing of SharePoint Teams and Power Platform solutions ensuring smooth transition from development to production environments. Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements to optimize the platform's functionality and user experience. Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation including system designs configuration guides and user manuals. Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to maximize adoption and utilization of SharePoint Teams and Power Platform solutions. Stay Current with Technology: Keep up to date with the latest trends updates and releases related to SharePoint Teams and Power Platform. Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential to enhance existing systems and processes.Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform Architect to join our dynamic IT team. As a SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing solutions built on Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform. Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, providing technical expertise, and driving the development and deployment of collaborative and automation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field OR Equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Proven experience as a SharePoint, Teams, or Power Platform Architect, with a track record of successfully designing and implementing complex solutions.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform, including SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFX), Microsoft Teams development, Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power Bl.
- In-depth understanding of SharePoint architecture, site hierarchy, content types, permissions, and web parts. Familiarity with SharePoint migration strategies and tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing Teams applications, including tabs, bots, connectors, and messaging extensions. Knowledge of Teams governance and administration is desirable.
- Experience with Power Platform components, such as canvas apps, model-driven apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to automate business processes and create rich data visualizations.
- Strong knowledge of integration techniques, including REST APIs, web services, and data connectors, to integrate SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform with other systems.
- Solid understanding of security and compliance requirements in SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform solutions, including data protection, role-based access control, and information rights management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator
