We are seeking an experienced Full Stack SRE (Site Reliability Engineer) with hands-on expertise in PlainID and Cisco experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for policy-based access control enforcement, cloud infrastructure management, and end-to-end integration of enterprise security solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements for enforcing policy-based fine-grained access control from enterprise applications teams using established intake processes.
- Document gathered requirements as user stories in Jira, ensuring clarity in acceptance criteria and obtaining business sign-off.
- Create and implement PlainID policies in lower environments to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with the application development team to successfully conduct Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and ensure a smooth production rollout.
- Work in an Agile environment, utilizing tools such as Jira, Postman, and ServiceNow.
- Configure and maintain OpenShift Kubernetes clusters, including YAML configurations, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Redis Pods, and Persistent Volume containers.
- Manage and configure Jenkins, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub for seamless code promotion.
- Deploy and configure HELM chart-based applications such as PlainID within OpenShift Kubernetes clusters.
- Develop and test REST APIs using Java, Python, and integrate with PostgreSQL, Redis, MuleSoft, Splunk, and other enterprise solutions.
- Architect solutions across AWS and Azure to build clustered services spanning on-prem data centers and cloud environments.
- Work with IAM security products like Azure Active Directory, Okta, and CyberArk, and implement authentication protocols such as OAuth, OIDC, and SAML.
- Utilize enterprise IT tools such as PlainID Jira, ServiceNow/CMDB, and other support products.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and demonstrate strong teamwork skills.
