We are seeking experienced Sitecore Developers to join our diverse and dynamic team, comprising of developers, QA, business analysts, and BI experts. The role involves working closely with our marketing, product, and sales teams to understand and implement offer management strategies targeting specific customer segments. Candidates will be responsible for building a comprehensive understanding of how offers function across different systems, ensuring the alignment of use cases, variations, and rules.
Responsibilities
- - Proven experience in Sitecore CMS, particularly in customization (not just design).
- - Strong technical background with at least 5 years of experience in .NET, C#, and SQL Server Database; candidates with less experience but strong skills may also be considered.
- - Ability to work on complex enhancements and large-scale development projects.
- - Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of collaborating with product groups and marketing teams.
- - Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms is beneficial.
