We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Snaplogic Lead to join our team. As a Snaplogic Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Snaplogic integration solutions to meet the business needs of our organization.
You will lead a team of developers and engineers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support throughout the entire development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integration technologies, particularly Snaplogic, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Snaplogic developer or architect, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of integration concepts and methodologies.
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers and engineers.
- In-depth knowledge of Snaplogic platform features, components, and capabilities.
- Proficiency in Snaplogic pipeline development, including designing, configuring, and testing.
- Familiarity with other integration technologies and tools is a plus (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Educational Requirements
- Snaplogic certification(s) is a plus.
- Experience with cloud-based integrations (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Experience working in an enterprise environment.
