SAP Source to Pay Project Manager
Candidates must have solid tactical and conceptual knowledge managing implementations of either SAP Coupa (PREFERRED) or Ariba. Thorough knowledge of procurement cycle processes. multinational oil and gas client located in Deer Park, TX (Greater Houston) to support their go-live with Coupa scheduled for March 2024. To that end, we are looking for a qualified project manager with strong experience implementing either Coupa or Ariba. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within deadlines and budget constraints while ensuring adherence to high-quality standards. The Project Manager will work on-site a few days a week to manage and lead the project team and ensure project objectives are met. The candidate must seek to understand the Refinery core business processes and will be responsible for defining Project methodologies, best practices, policies & procedures, and define overall implementation standards.
Project Manager
The Project Manager's purpose is to drive the business forward by executing projects on time, on budget, and to the customer's satisfaction. The Project Manager works with our customers to ensure that their scope of work is accomplished successfully and all PLC's and/or HMI's are running correctly. The PM will also manage project installs onsite with customers and manage all sub-contractors dedicated to the project. Responsibilities Manage multiple projects simultaneously on different scale levels Manage project budgets, costs, margins, schedules, scope, quality, and customer expectations Develop project estimates Manage the development and troubleshooting of PLC & HMI code as required. There may be multiple systems used by the customer or client Work with the Sales Department to maintain and build relationships with customers and present data, project scope of work, designs, etc. with them Attend job walks, start-ups, commissioning, project close out meetings, etc. The PM may also step in as a Controls Engineer for PLC/HMI programming, hardware design, etc. at times. Managing installs at customer site including oversight of all sub-contractors (which may include electrical, controls, mechanical, etc.)

Advanced experience in architecting, developing, deploying, optimizing, and supporting infrastructure and services in Azure. Working knowledge Azure core services related to compute, network, storage, content delivery, administration and security, deployment and management, and automation technologies. Must be extremely detail orientated with maintaining all network and cloud documentation. Expertise in Identity & Security management in Azure, such as Single Sign-On, MFA, and vNETs, KeyVault, RBAC, and policies.
