Skills

Develop software solutions by identifying user requirements conferring with users and studying systems flow data usage and business processes. Follows the software development lifecycle. Documents and demonstrates solutions by producing documentation flowcharts layouts diagrams charts code comments and clear code. Ensure the code quality is being met with the appropriate test cases written to address the code correctness. Works closely with a team of frontend and backend engineers product managers and analysts.

Description

Serve as a senior software engineer, contributing to the ongoing development efforts and new initiatives.
Guide and Mentor the development teams, including internal and external team members.
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the existing portfolio of applications and services.
Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components anywhere in the software stack.
Determine root cause for complex software issues and develop efficient, and long term technical solutions.
Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams and management.

Responsibilities

• Experience with building and supporting ecommerce websites
• Delivering, developing, and managing complex products in a fast-paced Web and Digital team environment
• Experience with CSS Frameworks such as Tailwind, Bootstrap, or custom SCSS.
• Experience with DXP platforms such as Adobe Experience Management, Optimizely, etc.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to develop solutions for business requirements.
• Quick learner with attention to details
• Operate strategically and deliver tactical outcomes in complex projects.
• Expert knowledge and hands on with Node JS, Angular/React.
• Proficient with Typescript
• Expert knowledge and hands on in AWS or Azure services.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of designing and developing complex Full Stack custom applications using Node.js or other programming languages / frameworks
• Minimum of 6 years of experience integrating Node.js backend applications with Angular, React, Next.js, or Vue.
• Designed high-availability applications in a multi-tier cloud architecture, including database, service/API, and UI components of the application.
• Experience with CMS, such as Strapi, headless Wordpress, etc.
• Extensive experience with emerging and cloud based technologies on AWS and/or Azure.
• Demonstrate knowledge in micro-services architecture pattern and understanding of various technical components supporting microservices pattern viz. Netflix OSS, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud etc.
• Have a good understanding of containerization concepts (e.g., Docker or Kubernetes)
• Have a good understanding of various integration patterns, REST protocols, WebSockets, and familiar with XML, JSON & YAML.
• Demonstrate familiarity with CI/CD, DevSecOps, Observability.
• Experience with messaging such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.
• Working experience with both SQL and No SQL DBs.
