Skills
13 to 15 years of industry experience in real time embedded systems Knowledge of basic DSP theory (IIR/FIR filtering FFTs adaptive LMS) is required. Demonstrated experience development Algorithms using MATLAB Demonstrated experience in writing test code in Python is required. Demonstrated experience in C programming is required Demonstrated experience with the Subversion version control system is required. Strong communication skills are required. Model based development and test using Simulink Demonstrated experience in software development for a DSP chip (TI or ADI or Freescale) is preferredDescription
Willing to do hands-on programming every day and as well mentor the team and provide the first level technical guidance to the offshore team as needed.
Will also be responsible to train new members.
Assist developers in debugging customer issues
Follow / Manage Validation schedule base on project demands
Participate in requirements review, design reviews and related activities in development process
Work with engineering teams around the globe
