Sr. Applications Software Solutions Architect/
Senior Manager of Applications/Software Solutions
Architecture must be a hands-on technology leader with a proven track
record for creating and sustaining operational excellence. S/he will
collaborate and lead a high-performing team of internal talent and strategic
partners and deliver quantified value from appropriate investments in
technology.

Responsibilities

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in systems engieering.
• A minimum of 5 years of direct management of staff
• TOGAF Certification a plus.
• Full stack developer background preferred.
• Excellence in systems analysis and design
• Strong experience developing with Java, React, NodeJS, C#, .NET,
• Object-relational mapping, and Microsoft-based technologies.
• Proven experience with cloud architecture (Azure and GCP).
• Experience managing or participating in developing and delivering
• commercial-grade web applications.
• Experienced in technically mentoring and leading other engineers.
• Passionate and innovative with a track record of progressive
• change
• Experience in developing for containers (Docker, AKS) preferred
• Strong Knowledge of Test-Driven Development practices and
• automated testing frameworks
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Deployment/Delivery
• practices, tools and processes
• Experience with cloud architectures and virtualization concerns is
• essential
• Strong understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of
• leveraging design patterns
• Ability to rapidly research and evaluate new technologies
• Verbal and written communication must be clear, concise, and well-
• articulated.
• Experience in MS SQL Server and other RDBMS technologies
• NoSQL experience a plus (MongoDB, Elasticserach, Redis,
• Apache, Cloudera, etc.)
• Azure Certification: At least one advanced certification from Azure
• (Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer, etc.)
• Scripting and Automation: Basic skills in scripting languages like
• PowerShell, Python, or Bash, and familiarity with automation tools.
• Experience Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and Data architecture a
• plus
