SQL DBT Data Engineer

Description

Key Skill : SQL Redshift and Pyspark.
Strong SQL, DBT, Python, Spark/Pyspark, ThoughtSpot/Tableau, Redshift, Data-Marts..

Responsibilities

• 10 years of professional experience in software engineering, data engineering, machine learning, or related field
• Data Engineers with Python/Spark, DBT Modeling and strong SQL.
• 6+ years of experience designing Data Warehouse, BI or Analytics solutions
• Expert level proficiency in SQL, DBT.
• Experience with Reporting tools such as ThoughtSpot, Tableau etc is a plus.
• Experience with Database such as Redshift, Snowflake etc
• Ability to write robust, maintainable, and extendable code in Python
• Experience with cloud architecture and technologies, in particular Amazon Web Services
• Good understanding and experience with BI/ETL processes
• Experience with agile development and test driven development
• Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture
• Business process acumen and ability to map processes to data models and architectures
• Experience in dimensional modeling
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven ability to deliver on commitments
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
