This Developer will need at least 5+ years of hands-on experience with relational databases like SQL (T-SQL SSIS) scripting and automation. The process for a migration would be taking a look at the customer's current system and all the applications understanding the data schema looking at the UI so on and so forth and writing scripts for the automated migration of the applications within each separate entity. It is also important that this person has strong communication and is articulate as there are times they will be customer-facing to talk through what needs to be migrated etc.

Description

looking to bring on an SQL/ETL Developer to join their team as they continue to grow as an organization through acquisitions. This team works on one of Integrity's 2 core products called Integrity Connect which is essentially an in-house ERP system for businesses in their industry. They offer this to their customers as they acquire them and offer to migrate their system to Integrity Connect if they want to be on it. Out of the 180 acquisitions, there are 34 on it now and they are looking to get 30+ more on it this year. There are multiple entities within one system that would have to be migrated over - they will always be migrating applications into Integrity Connect, but the source could be different every time (i.e. Salesforce). This individual will need to be comfortable and aware that this is not a "glamorous job" - they won't be using the latest and greatest data warehousing tools like Snowflake and it is quite repetitive.
