MCSE preferred / MCSA acceptable (highly preferred but NOT required) 5+ years of experienceDescription
Implement and support Microsoft Viva (MUST HAVE), M365 and Azure AD
Implement and document system administration procedures for operations, coverage and end users.
Manage and maintain system configurations for Windows Servers using SCCM and Active Directory.
Utilize SolarWinds to actively monitor server hardware and applications.
Responsibilities
- MUST HAVE: Experience administering Microsoft Viva (preferably Viva Learn and Viva Engage)
- Administrative or engineer experience with Microsoft Viva and Teams.
- M365 support, Azure AD support
- Solarwinds monitoring tools is preferred but any monitoring tool will be ok
- Ability to document technical processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and customer experience skills
- Able to review published technology documents and define, communicate changes that impact our organization
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting
