Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures and integration techniques. Knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. The Tableau Dashboard Developer Contractor will work closely with our Business Intelligence team. This role involves developing and maintaining dashboards using Tableau, leveraging accessible data to create comprehensive engagement and adoption dashboards. These dashboards will provide the management teams with valuable insights into application usage, device interactions, object utilization, and the adoption of new features. The metrics generated can be overlaid with baseline numbers and segmented into quartiles, enabling management to track results and ensure minimum standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Gathers all appropriate business information, analyzes environment, documents technical requirements, and maps requirements to a design. Codes, tests and debugs to deliver final product. Works with product owner, scrum master and business analysts to understand and evaluate business activities.
- Develops, tests, and implements internet and intranet applications using enterprise approved technologies, ensuring high performance and security when released to production. Assists with story creation and sizing for projects. Works with Jira and Confluence to manage user stories, requirements, and support documentation.
- Serves as an expert in AEM development, including knowledge of UX best practices and pattern library development. Designs and builds reusable AEM and UI components. Keeps technical skills current and is well-versed in several areas of technology. Evaluates new products & libraries and recommends those that are appropriate for current or future working environment.
- Provides technical leadership for the development team, representing them in business-facing dealings, takes ownership in the sprint delivery and resolves functional & technical issues.
- As a senior developer, ensures that quality of code is high for themselves as well as for other team members. Performs code reviews and ensures that the team adheres to common coding standards. Expected to lead, coach, and mentor junior team members and offshore developers.

Educational Requirements
- Dashboard Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau.
- Utilize data from Snowflake and other sources to create visualizations that provide insights into user engagement and adoption.
- Working with UX resources, ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and provide actionable insights.
- Data Integration and Analysis:
- Integrate data with Tableau to create comprehensive reports.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
- Overlay metrics with baseline numbers and segment data into quartiles for detailed analysis.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with management and stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective dashboards.
- Communicate findings and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to users on how to interact with the dashboards.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the dashboards.
- Perform regular checks and updates to maintain the relevance and accuracy of the data.
