Responsible for the design; structure; content; and accuracy of the marketing analytics data mart. Contribute to implementation and governance strategies for data warehousing (Everest & Marketing Datamart) and CRM Platform (Client Connect). Contribute to the implementation of marketing intelligence into the CRM (Client Connect) and digital channels. Develop and maintain marketing data mart policies and procedures for change management and user best practices. Provide input on strategy concerning the identification and implementation of data; software; and technology needs for the team. Responsible for monitoring and maintenance of scheduled job process for the team. KNOWLEDGE; SKILLS; AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS Knowledge of strategic marketing concepts; practices; and procedures. Working within EverBank's Marketing Analytics Group; this position will develop technology
based solutions and is primarily responsible for the marketing data mart infrastructure at
EverBank. This includes the design; implementation; and maintenance of EverBank's
marketing data mart. This position includes acting as the primary developer for Talend based
ETL solutions for marketing analytics and is responsible for monitoring database health;
break fixes; bug fixes; and enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Must possess the ability to convey ideas articulately to internal and external
- customers; peers and management.
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced; highly entrepreneurial work environment.
- Proficient in ETL Tools; SQL; and ability to learn applicable systems/ software quickly.
- Experience in data quality tools and processes.
- High level IT skills and process background to effectively communicate and
- collaborate with IT
- Knowledge of data base architecture concepts and models.
- TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor degree in Marketing; Computer Science or related field strongly preferred.
- 5 + years proven experience designing and utilizing relational databases
- At least 3 years of industry experience and background with IT software tools and
- processes
- 5+ years experience with ETL (Extract Transform and Load) tools; SDLC Lifecycle; and SQL
- Application programming concepts and techniques
- Knowledge of TFS and Team Explorer preferred.
- Knowledge of TWS preferred.
