• Work with business stakeholders to understand and define requirements with a strong focus on product and packaging specifications • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers product managers and supply chain professionals to design and implement solutions that meet business needs • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's product development knowledge packaging materials specifications and bill of materials compositions • Continuously monitor and evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement. • Create and maintain project documentation including requirements functional specifications and technical designs for cloud-based applications. Work closely with the application provider to build solutions that align with application architecture. • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during the development and testing phases • Help develop test cases and execute tests to ensure that the product meets the business requirements and is of high quality • Build SQL reports to extract data and provide insights to key stakeholders. • Provide day to day support: troubleshoot and triage any business issues that arise help identify root cause and provide resolution. Work with vendor support to resolve technical issues. • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure that they are able to effectively use the system changes or new processes • Conduct regular status meetings with clients to provide project updates and gather feedbackDescription
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Business Analyst with a working knowledge of product, packaging, and bill of materials to join our team. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders and internal teams to understand and document business requirements, develop functional specifications, and work with development teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to build SQL reports, troubleshoot and triage issues, and create training materials and train users. This role will be required to work closely with the Duracell R&D, Product and Packaging Engineering team.
Responsibilities
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- • 5+ years of experience in technical business analysis, solution architecture, or related field
- • Strong understanding of cloud technology stack, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, and cloud security
- • Solid understanding of product and packaging material specifications, and bill of materials compositions required
- • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- • Strong technical skills, including experience with enterprise-level software development
- • Understanding of data structures, familiarity working with databases
- • Experience with report generation and functional SQL knowledge
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- • Strong organizational and time management skills
- • Working knowledge of Ensur application and SAP is a plus. Someone with technical experience working with any document management system (not just ENSUR) would be an advantage
