Worked on teams developing custom proprietary software. Create User Stories and backlog refinement. Highly skilled at working with Business Users and Stakeholders for gathering requirements. Professional with strong technical expertise time management and excellent interpersonal skills. Proficient at software deployment product management troubleshooting and user support and training. Self-starter with exceptional communication and technology skills who works very well independently as well as with teams. Working on backlog flushing out requirements save 2-3 sprints ahead for work defined. 2-week sprints release prod at end of sprint. Maintenance compliance production support. AWS is preferred from a Cloud platform perspective. Rally- tracking all their work. Flush out details for requirements to work together with the engineers. Operational BI reporting.Description
Technical Business Analysts (BA) will work within a highly agile delivery framework to deliver innovative products in a secure fashion. As part of a full stack software engineering team, under limited supervision, analyze business and functional requirements, non-functional technical requirements, data requirements and processes related to the creation of risk scoring products and services. Elicit requirements across the full stack of work, lead backlog grooming and refinement sessions, support engineers through development and support operational data and reporting needs. RGA is seeking candidates with passion and expertise in software engineering with the ability to collaborate with enterprise teams specializing in data and actuarial science.
