Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hands-on Technical Manager to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in API and application development, cybersecurity, and experience working closely with Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs). This role requires full-cycle development experience, from gathering requirements to creating technical specifications, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in API and application development.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership or managerial role.
• Strong background in cybersecurity and experience working with CISOs.
• Demonstrated experience with the full software development lifecycle.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or similar.
• Expertise in API design and development (RESTful and/or GraphQL).
• Strong knowledge of security best practices and frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Jenkins, Git).
