Responsibilities
- Understanding of big data and/or cloud,
- • Working in fast paced environment – escalations – strong collaborator
- • Excellent communication skills – manage meetings, handle client success folks and sales stakeholders
- • Ability to connect with developers
- • Driver – ask questions, be proactive
- • Operations experience – upgrades, maintenance windows, tickets
- • SNOW, Kanban, ITSM , JIRA experience
- • Tenure of experience can be compromised – but we need someone who is fearless – not shy
- • Willing to learn, great attitude
