• Senior technical writer with 5+ years’ experience in both online and web-based documentation
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with emphasis on writing and communication skills
• Superior research, organizational, and project coordination skills Independent, self-starter who requires minimal supervision and works collaboratively as part of a team
• UML design experience
• Experience with market leading tools on project documentation like Adobe Captivate or RoboHelp is Mandatory
