Description
Essential responsibilities of the Personnel in this role will include but is not limited to:
Heavy use of HTML coding to create content style and functionality
Assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures, taxonomy, metadata, data and knowledge standards
Audit of current state knowledge management content
Ensure accurate, consistent and easy to use content
Design user experience and develop business requirements to enhance knowledge management
Identify special techniques to improve content templates, research and author style guides of knowledge management
Experience with ServiceNow knowledge base is a plus
