Payments (ACH, Wires, Credit Cards) Experience is a must
Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Technical Writer, with a focus on API documentation.
Strong understanding of APIs, RESTful web services, and programming concepts.
Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and well-structured technical documentation.
Familiarity with API documentation tools, such as Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, or similar.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and user-friendly documentation.
Experience with markup languages (e.g., Markdown) and version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
Prior experience in software development or exposure to coding languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is an advantage
