Manage strategic Data Management projects to increase efficiencies within the Technology Measurement & Customer Engagement organizations. Identify document resolve mitigate and escalate program issues and risks. Facilitate meetings and discussions with external vendors project teams and Oncor leadership in order to remove roadblocks or address changes in scope schedule or budget. Manage projects using Agile methodologies facilitate daily Scrum meetings with project team members and facilitate on-going status meetings with other IT teams to ensure timelines are being met and deliverables are as expected. Communicate and document status and project plans clearly and accurately to both functional and program leadership when required. Ensure technical solutions are sustainable and follow best practices working closely with the DM Architects and project team members. Work closely with DM Line Lead on project timelines detailed deliverables and resource allocations. Escalate project / solution issues to the DM Line Lead for quick resolution.
Description

looking for a project manager with extensive data analytics experience to support telecom network deployment projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, project management experience, and expertise in data visualization and tracking.

Responsibilities
  • • Manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies, ensuring coordination and timely project delivery.
  • • Develop dashboards and visual reports using PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools for tracking project status and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • • Gather, process, and analyze advanced data sets to provide strategic insights, using AI/ML methods where possible, identifying trends, risks, and forecasting project timelines.
  • • Track project milestones, manage dependencies, and provide data-driven updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • • Coordinate and track work from multiple subcontractors and vendors to align project goals and timelines.
  • • Oversee material management and logistics, optimizing inventory and resource allocation.
  • • Schedule and lead status meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and ensure alignment.
  • • Streamline workflow by optimizing processes and establishing new procedures to minimize project inefficiencies.
  • • Establish run-rate schedules to meet internal and external project deadlines.
  • • Ensure resources are aligned with project goals, identifying and addressing critical resource gaps with management.
  • • Collaborate with management, RF engineering, and site acquisition teams to ensure project alignment with technical requirements and site development timelines.
  • • Engage stakeholders to implement corrective actions to mitigate project delays and risks.
