Description

As a Senior Teradata Developer/Consultant you will work directly with the client to facilitate the use of their Business Intelligence products. They should be ready to tackle the most demanding assignments, from departmental data mining engagements to enterprise-wide e-business solutions implemented by cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Primary Skill Set: Teradata and Unix Shell scripting
• Secondary Skill Set: Informatica ETL
• Mandatory: Strong SQL skills, Good experience in Teradata tools and utilities, Teradata stored procedures, Teradata SQL, Informatica ETL tool, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and ETL concepts, and Client-facing and strong communication skills. Good UNIX/Linux and shell scripting skills.
• Preferred: Communications/Cable/Media Industry skills

Responsibilities

• 4+ years of SQL Query Design in large-scale data warehouse environments
• 4+ years of data integration development using ELT methodology
• 4+ years of data collection and database/report design
• 4+ years of work experience in delivering IT/BI solutions
• Experience with Teradata and/or other MPP data warehouse platforms
• Experience with Telecom/Cable MSO data and applications.
• Experience with MicroStrategy, Tableau
• Experience with ETL workflow and scheduling applications. (Informatica, One Automation, UC4, Composite)
