The Senior Test Lead at HCL is responsible for leading and managing the testing activities within projects, utilizing agile methodology and selenium tools. The role involves ensuring the quality of deliverables, designing test strategies, and collaborating with cross functional teams to drive testing processes efficiently
Responsibilities
- 1. Lead and coordinate testing efforts throughout the software development lifecycle
- 2. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts using selenium tools
- 3. Implement agile testing methodologies to ensure timely and high-quality product releases
- 4. Identify and report software defects, track and manage defect resolution processes
- 5. Collaborate with development teams to facilitate continuous integration and continuous testing
- 6. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testing team members
- 7. Conduct test analysis, performance testing, and regression testing as required
- 8. Communicate testing progress and results to stakeholders and project managers
