Immediate responsibilities will include maintaining an effective testing process and making improvements to this process, including additional automation, to increase the overall effectiveness of the testing function. This position will provide test definition, execution and management for the suite of the Welfare Division systems that support, but not limited to, Medicaid, Aid to the Aged Blind and Disabled (AABD) cash, Temporary Assistance to Families in Idaho (Idaho's TANF funded TAFI program), SNAP (Food Stamps), the Idaho Child Care Program, and Child Support. The Division of Welfare uses the Scrum Agile development methodology, so all methods and strategies should be consistent with this. The Test Manager will also bring consolidation to the various automated load and regression testing tools that have been implemented.
